This place offers an unbeatable and very good stay for one night, in a nice location in a safe area; a great spot to visit La nouvelle tradition nearby for tea or coffee.

Greatly enjoyed staying at the studio suite with fridge and microwave. The staff were very friendly and excellent and provided help. The location was excellent for Marseille, short walk to metro and supermarkets, Marseilles and the square where many metros, trams and busses leave.

Friendly and helpful staff at the front desk always greet you with a smile 😊, and the rooms are kept really clean.

The breakfast included breads and cereal for everyone. The setting of hotel was marvellous and convenient, close to the underground.

There are 12 steps to enter the hotel for older people I think it will be a bit of a problem after a day out and even the bathroom it had a very slippery bath, better if there was a shower.

Nice staff and pretty confortable position. Big computer with internet-access (that was a pretty good alternative as in our room an internet connection was not possible and nobody in the whole hotel got any idea how to fix it)although I have personally mentioned that was really important.

Exagerate late-check-in (after 15:00). No hot-water, I have got a cold because of the chilly-shower in the first day. The problem was fixed the next day on my request. Internet didn't work. Problematic discussion in englisch. Moderately clean. All in all, the 3-star-classiffication of the hotel is totally overrated.

I had a fantastic stay at a wonderful hotel in a residential area of Castellane. The location was perfect, with a metro station and bus stop nearby for easy transportation. The room had all the amenities I needed, including a balcony with a lovely view for enjoying my morning tea. There were plenty of cafes, patisseries, and a supermarket nearby, making it convenient for meals and shopping. The value for money was excellent, and I highly recommend this hotel for a weekend getaway or a short stay in the city. I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

The place had a fantastic location by the sea, next to the bus stop, the Calanque National Park, and restaurants.

the condition of the carpet especially in the corridor was giving a very bad first impression.

The breakfast had plenty of selection, the food was freshly made. The room was great-sized, brand-new with balcony.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel in the vibrant Castellane area. The location exceeded my expectations as it was conveniently situated between two metro stations, making it easy to explore Marseille. The nearby subway station allowed for quick access to the city's attractions.

My experience at this hotel was very satisfactory, and I can't think of any significant improvements that needed to be made.

The studio room had everything you need and in the right place. Good clean bathroom with a bathtub, spacious wardrobe, big breakfast table. Very friendly English speaking receptionist. Quick ride on the tube to the Vieux port and old town. You can get free tea/coffee at the hotel during the day.

The furniture and carpet were worn out.
